The hotel's location close to the stunning Cinque Terre region was a definite plus, and it was also conveniently close to the bus station. the rooms were clean and neat, and the free wifi connection was quite good. While the hotel was a bit away from the main avenues, it was still close to everything.
The hotel's breakfast was disappointing and only included a few basic items.

The location of this hotel is superb, as it is close to the beautiful Cinque Terre region and pretty close to everything in the city. The staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and helpful. They were always there when we had any trouble and even provided communication via WhatsApp, which was really convenient. The rooms at this hotel are lovely, exactly like the pictures shown. We especially loved that our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the view. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a kettle to make a hot drink, were a nice touch and added to our overall comfort.
Nothing to complain about here, everything was just perfect!

The location of the accommodation was great, close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find dinner after work. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a working desk, which allowed me to catch up with some work during my stay. the staff was courteous and always available to answer any questions I had.
The room was small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around or even open my luggage properly. the noise level was high, making it challenging to sleep at night.
